Is anyone else concerned we may be breaking the law by electing Obama?

I'm wondering why a person who is running for President will not show his birth certificate?
The evidence shows that Obama was born in Kenya and is a citizen of Indonesia. So if he is not, why won't he just say, here is my birth certificate?
Everyone needs to know that there is a federal lawsuit against Barak Obama right now in the court system.

If you are an Obama supporter or not, you still need to be aware of it and not blindly say, I'm not going to click on the link, because I may find out something bad. If he has nothing to hide and we do not either then we should not be afraid to check it out.

No, I am not concerned that I maybe breaking the law, but I am concerned that Mr. Obama is not a US citizen. You are correct that Obama may not be a US citizen. If he is not, he does not have the right under the law to become the president of the USA. I have been following Berg's lawsuit. It appears to me that all Obama has to do is to order a "vault", long version, birth certificate. He does not even have to go to Hawaii to do that. That having been said, why has Obama hired a team of lawyers and why is he paying them such extraordinary salaries to files motions to stop Berg's lawsuit. Furthermore, Berg, a Democratic lawyer, not a Republican, has evidence that Obama's kenyan grandmother has stated that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya at a hospital there. Also, Berg claims to have the same evidence from one of Obama's sisters. Frankly, something smells here and I believe it the fact that Obama is not an American citizen and was not even born in America. For those non believers, I suggest they open their eyes and push on your links, and quit turning a blind eye and a deaf ear. I am not voting for Obama. It is Obama that is breaking the law if he is not a natural born American citizen, not the uniformed voters.

No. The Birth Certificate is a non Issue. Senator Obama is an American Citizen. This would of come out when he ran for The Senate if it were a Legitimate Issue.

I've been wondering the same thing! If he has nothing to hide and IS a US citizen, then why not put the issue to rest and present a valid birth certificate?? That has me asking the same question: why doesn't he present one? If he's reluctant to show his B.C, then that sends a signal that he's got something to hide. I'd be willing to bet that he's going to wait until after the election to show it, then he'll say "Ha - I gotcha! I fooled the system!"
