The people of New Jersey & Virginia both voted for Obama in 08 but both rejected him 09: what gives?

Has Obama become the inky stinky that no one wants around now. Has he become the same as the swine flu?
Despite Obama's teleprompter rock star pep rallies both governships went down in flames in higher than expected losses to the Donkey Party.

They elected Republicans because of the fact of actuality Republicans had the extra constructive message. administration government spending and shrink taxes. The Republicans that gained have, hopefully, rediscovered that being conservative is a sturdy factor.

In NJ, Corzine was corrupt. In fact, the Obama administration was trying to persuade him to step down. Plus, he was the incumbent in a state with a failing economy.
In VA, Creigh Deeds ran a poor campaign full of attack ads with no substance. Also recall, that, in 2008, Obama won VA by only a slim margin of 4 or 6 pts, while senatorial candidate Mark Warner beat his Republican rival by a 2 to 1 margin. Obama was never really popular in VA, he just followed on the coattails of Warner.

Let me make sure you understand 100% of what is up. I live in Hampton, Virginia and Deeds deserved that loss all the way. He was awful, so most of the people who voted for Obama didn't bother to show up at this election for Governor.
Edit: Deeds tried to go on the right and it back fired on him big time. So that is why people didn't bother to show up for him.

A lot of people woke up from their nap. It all boils down to which way the independents go, most independents voted for Obama because he promised to govern from the center, he has proven them wrong as he resides far to the left. Just wait until 2010.

Obama thought that Americans were dumber than they actually are. Sure, they hired him, but THEY have the power to FIRE HIM.
