What ever Labour say the opposite tends to be true, so does Gordon want me to protest vote for the BNP?

By saying this I might well protest vote for the BNP now, what did Gordon hope to achieve?

(Obviously after I take into account QT tonight)

Gordon Brown and the Labour Party are running scared. The support that the BNP has gained from previous Labour supporters has surprised them. It hasn't surprised anybody else in the country with half a brain cell that Labour are so punch drunk on winning 3 elections in a row that they feel that they can ride roughshod over the wishes of the electorate.

The mood of the country, and indeed, the rest of Europe has changed. The indigenous populations are fed up at being ignored, overruled, and discriminated against in favour of immigrants. All votes for right wing parties like the BNP are protest votes against the left.

Every dog has his day and everything dies. Two tired cliches I know, but rather apt when you look at how Labour are on the edge of oblivion.

BNP on Question Time

All the other panelists will be hostile to Nick Griffin. They will all try to show him as racist and themselves with liberal credentials, appalled at his views. Even the audience will have been hand picked by the BBC. It will be full of left wingers, Labour voting, Guardian readers with the sole purpose of trying to ridicule the BNP. The BBC are hoping that we, the viewers will think that the audience is cross representation of the country and how we view the BNP. It is manipulation by the BBC. It could backfire on them spectacularly if Nick Griifin is shouted down, booed, or deliberately misquoted. All he has to do is to sit there quietly and let the others show themselves to be extreme.

Um, I am as keen as anyone to suspect cynical motives behind anything Gordon Brown says, but you know, maybe... he honestly just didn't want... a bunch of Nazis to get power..? Maybe..? Maybe he didn't want a bunch of Nazis to get power just because some voters wanted to throw a tantrum at Labour? Cos that would be, like, totally idiotic? Maybe? Just a thought.

PLEASE PEOPLE, just vote for who you actually like and think would do a good job. Don't just vote out of anger, without really considering the consequences.

(I am so disappointed with Labour in general but lately I feel I have to keep pointing out that they cannot be held responsible for a global recession. We liked Capitalism when it made us rich; now it's gone sour we want to blame the Capitalist leaders and policies we voted for.)

Maybe he wants to achieve a protest vote for the Greens.

What gives Brown or anyone else the right to tell people who not to vote for? maybe if he did a better job of running his own country people wouldn't be forced into voting for a party they may not agree with but were given no other choice.

Yes well I have a strange feeling about how this BMP lot are getting a lot of exposure, as though they are being pushed in our faces, but we are being told not to vote for them, like they are daring us to vote for them, as seeing how the ones that are running the show now is the ones who setup the Nazi party, makes you wonder.

They should include a 'all the above are idiots' box on the voting form. That way the extremist parties would get far fewer votes in favour of the explicit void option. It would also potentially create amusing situations where 'all the above are idiots' got more votes than some (or all) of the candidates.

Feel free to vote them. You might as well just tattoo "I am an ignorant bigot" on your forehead.
