My first choice was Hillary but I'll have to settle for McCain, this time around.

About Obama:

"I feel sad having to expose Barack Obama," says Martin, "but the man is a complete fraud. The truth is going to surprise, and disappoint, and outrage many people who were drawn to him. He has lied to the American people, and he has sought to misrepresent his own heritage.

"Obama's life story is vastly different from the one he portrays. My point: if he will lie about his mother and father, what else is he lying about? Can we expect 'bimbo eruptions?'

"Fiction: Obama stated in his Convention speech: 'My father ... grew up herding goats.' The 'goat herder' claim has been repeated endlessly. It is a lie. Fact: Obama's grandfather, Hussein Onyango Obama was a prominent and wealthy farmer. His son, Obama's father, was a child of privilege, not privation. He was an outstanding student, not a herdsman.

"Fiction: Obama was given an 'African' name. Fact: Obama is a Muslim who has concealed his religion. I am a strong supporter of the Muslim community, and I believe Muslims have been scapegoated. Obama has a great opportunity to be forthright. Instead, he has treated his Muslim heritage as a dark secret. His grandfather was named 'Hussein.' That is an Arabic-Muslim, not African, name. Hussein was a devout Muslim and named his son, Barack Senior, 'Baraka.' Baraka is an Arabic word meaning 'blessed.' Baraka comes out of the Koran and Arabic, not Africa.

"Barack Senior was also a devoted Muslim, and also chose a Muslim name for his son, our own Barack Obama, Junior. Again, his name was an Arabic and Koranic.

Obama has spent a lifetime running from his family heritage and religious heritage. Would his father have given his son a Koranic name if the father was not a devout Muslim? Obama's stepfather was also a Muslim. Obama will be the first Muslim-heritage senator; he should be proud of that fact. There is nothing to be ashamed of in any of the three great Abrahamic religions.

"Fiction: Obama Senior was a harmless student 'immigrant' who came to the United States only to study. Fact: Obama was part of one of the most corrupt and violent organizations in Africa: the Kenyatta regime. Obama's father ran back to Kenya soon after the British left. It is likely Obama's father had Mau Mau sympathies or connections, or he would not have been welcomed into the murderous inner circle of rapists, murderers, and arsonists. I believe Obama's secret shame at his family history of rape, murder and arson is what actualizes him. Our research is not yet complete. We are seeking to examine British colonial records. Our investigation to date has drawn on information on three continents.

"And what about Obama's beloved Kenyan brothers and sisters? None of his family was invited to Boston to share his prominence. Are his relatives being kept in the closet? Where are they? More secrecy, more prevarication.

"It is time for Barack Obama to stop presenting a fantasy to the American people. We are forgiving and many would still support him. It may well be that his concealment is meant to endanger Israel. His Muslim religion would obviously raise serious questions in many Jewish circles where Obama now enjoys support," Martin states.

"Our investigation is continuing. In he meantime, Crown Books should stop selling Obama's novelization of his life. We have asked Crown to do that. Obama is living a lie."

1) independant analysis has shown that Obamas plan would be better for the economy by about 30% although the current plans of both candidates would incur more debt overall.

2) McCain doesn't strike me as a very friendly sort of person I think he would be better at making enemies than friends. I've seen videos of him getting angry over simple questions that he didn't want to answer, He appears to have somewhat of a quick temper. Obama doesn't have any foreign policy experience but Biden does have some extensive experience in this subject so I'd have to say again Obama wins by a small margin.

3) As far as security goes I don't think it matters. You can go with the Bush Doctines which basically give us the pre-emptive strike mandate among other things or the Obamas more diplomatic soloutions. So basically it depends Do you want to throw the first punch and avoid more risk or talk your way out of it and be on a more moral path. With either candidate there is a good possibility of another war.

4) Obamas is by far the candidate to choose if your worried about the environment he favors renewable energy like solar and wind etc. McCain wants to drill for more oil and build more nuclear plants(the single most expensive form of energy production)

5) Unfortunatly I don't believe either candidate will be in a position to do a whole lot about health care. They might try to fix it in some small way but with the economy how it is now they won't be able to do much.

Overall I think Obama is the better candidate. Hes easily a better public speaker and overall seems more intelligent even if he is less experienced than McCain. He also doesn't lie about his opponent nearly as much. I've been keeping close tabs on both candidates for a couple months now and I've tried to view the candidates on an equal footing but I've got to say McCain keeps falling short in my opinion. 90% of the hardcore dems and republicans don't seem to do anything but bash each other in blogs. Too much name calling makes me feel like I'm back in grade school.

I supported Hillary, but I am confident in Obama on all counts. Even with my bias aside, the McCain campaign is not stable and just plain lying about the facts in an obvious manner.

1.McCain will be better for our economy... here is why: In order for any plan to work we have to government spending. McCain plans to cut wasted earmarks among other things and even go as far as to ask his cabinet to work for $1. We also need to create jobs, McCain will cut corporate taxes to keep good businesses here and get other companies back. He will also get rid of INTERNET taxes, that will spur domestic and international trade. This works to create jobs. He also will promote drilling and alternative energy that will create jobs. So, more jobs created more people working and that equals a larger tax base. So you have more people working, that means he can cut taxes for everyone. You have more people paying less in taxes so it works out great for everyone.

2. McCain would be better for foreign policy- and it is not just about security. I want to stick with the economics of it. The dollar has fallen due to inflation. That means everything costs more for us to buy and cost less for countries outside the US to buy. But, many countries invest heavily in the US, to see our dollar drop so drastic makes them less willing to invest in our country and it hurts our industry. McCain will get the value of our dollar back up. DID YOU KNOW THAT IF THE DOLLAR WAS WORTH WHAT IS WAS JUST 4 YEARS AGO. OIL WOULD BE UNDER 50 BUCKS A BARREL? The value of our dollar and our trade deficits is mightly important. Once we get these under control our foreign investors will pour more money in.

3.McCain is better for our Security... He was responsible for the Surge and our success in Iraq. Contrary to belief, McCain hates war and he knows a hard head makes a soft behind. He will work for peace and yes we can be peaceful and respected.

4.McCain is better for our environment... McCain Alterantive energy developmnet and the use of clean coal etc.

5.McCain has the best policy --- Our economy is in no shape for the type of Health care overhaul one candidate suggests. It will not work. It will destroy our Health system. But,we can work to make Health care more affordable and that leads back to wasted spending in government and hospitals. If we start at the top we can free up more money for healthcare and cut wasted costs.
