I live in Virginia and election poll center is open from 6 am to 7 pm. What is the best time to vote, so that it is not that busy and lines are short?

And what would be the worst time to vote? I mean the time when it will be busiest and lines would be longest?

I presume after 5 pm would be the worst, because people come from work. And 6 am would be worst too, because people want to vote before going to work. So i was thinking maybe 2 pm or 2:30 pm because that time most of the people are working?

I heard on the news tonight that they are expecting a very large turnout across the state in Virginia tomorrow, and depending where you're located, they're asking people to be patient and to stay in line.

You might want to consider going early before the polls open and get in line then.

Some employer's allow the time to vote, in Virginia however there is no law requiring that.

Usually the best is to slip in between the before work voters and the lunchtime/afternoon voters, about 9:30-10:30 A.M.

I would think the worst time would be between 12 and 2. Good luck!

If you're voting for obama, vote around 7:30pm.
