Question:
Obama's Campaign theme "Time for Change"?
2008-10-08 18:07:45 UTC
Obama goes about saying "time for change". Thats his slogan.

But guess what McCain is going to bring change too, just like every president does.

I feel that change happens with every new president, because nobody is the same. Bush brought change, its just his change was over a longer time then most.

So "Time for Change" mindaswell be McCains slogan.

I've come to this conclusion.

Change can be good or bad, it depends on the person.

So all the obama fans saying that we dont need the same America as it has been for 8 years, can shut up.
What are your thoughts?

We do not need the same america as we've had for the past 8 years God have been watching the news dude. Bush does do not care what happens to this country because in about a month it won't be his problem anymore. What if Mccain up & croats while in office then who are we left with Palin get real.

I think you are probably in error there. I think if your wife, son or daughter was hit by one of the US bombs in Iraq, or your house was raided one night and the soldiers let a few rounds go off and one of your family members died, I think that would want change fairly badly.

The ugly reality is that McCain voted with Bush most of the time, and his policy will be similar to Bush's. The former is a fact, the later is the best guess we have. What Bush, with McCain's assistance, has done to this country is nearly beyond comprehension. I can see why you are totally ignorant of it - it is really sort of beyond belief. What? We are coming to the end of the planet through global warming and Bush and McCain will do next to nothing to stop it? I could see how a person with a sound mind like yourself might not believe it. But it is true. Multiply that by a million times and every single way and every single thing that Bush has touched he has nearly destroyed.

So we do need change. And we do need to elect Obama.

How, specifically is McCain different from Bush in his voting record this and last year??? Not 10 years ago, but these past few years?? http://www.factcheck.org/askfactcheck/is_it_true_john_mccain_voted_with.html

Remember, McCain has voted with Bush 95% of the time last year and 100% this year.....also, this statement by McCain:

"On every issue important to the American people, I fully support and agree with President Bush."

The only thing Obama is worried about changing is being the first black president. He doesn't care about nothing else. He is a big liar.

the only change is for the rich to be poorer and blacks to be richer. no one knows how but they (blacks) believe this.
