Would Obama consider approving the dream act? What will happen to the parents of the students that get the opportunity to stay in the U.S?

Unless the Democrats get a filibuster proof majority in the Senate and a majority in the House, and it's almost certain that the first won't happen and highly unlikely that the second will happen, the DREAM Act won't be going anywhere.

Not much, to be honest. Big changes are often spoken of in these races. However Latinos will continue on with their lives, and they will find a way to cope with minute changes. Hell we may not even see any changes until Obama serves his entire second term, we may see some changes sooner. Yet Obama care will be fully implemented in 2013 that's 4 years after he spoke of health care reform. Look I know the economy is bad and people want some one to blame. Latinos are people too, they have families, wives, husbands, children, loved ones, friends and etc. If they want to come to America fine, this whole country is a bunch of immigrants anyway. We cant spit in the face of how this country was founded now, that would be hypocritical and we might as well deport everyone who isnt native American. People don't realize that the "cheap" labor these Latinos, do are not limited to just that, Criminals and felons take these jobs as well because their record prevents them from moving ahead in life. On top of that the cheap labor in farms and what have you allow companies to employ more people that are legal, if food prices sky rocket from a direct result of more expensive labor , stores will cut back to compensate loss. This is similar to the big tax breaks companies get they pay an Un-American tax rate, in order to be coaxed into employing Americans. Sure in some places Illegal Latinos can hurt. Like at your local Sonic drive in or fast food restaurant. Look at the people in the back that dont know English, and some of them are even illegal. I worked with illegal immigrants when I had my first job at 14 as a dishwasher in a restaurant. They were very nice guys trying to feed their families , they send money to Mexico to keep their families safe. If you dont want that guy in the kitchen then pick up your **** and do a better job than them. Some of these people have lives in their hands if they dont earn some sort of money. I met a guy at Sonic who's family was in danger from a cartel that demanded protection money, more than he could ever earn in mexico so he moved here hundreds of miles away from his family to send them money to pay the cartel and save the rest for moving them out of the country. Dont judge a man by his race, listen to his story.

No student will ever be deported be it Romney or Obama administration nor no parent will have to leave. However if Latinos living in the US under the Obama look for greater unemployment issues and poverty among all minorities and whites will sky rocket..

Obama has been a monumental failure in just about everything he has done, but especially
the economy. Come election time all concerned citizens of the US will realize that change is essential
for the health and future of the US. Check this out: http://revuer.com/obama-is-a-failure

to the old protestant white guys in charge Latinos are seen as an illegal source of cheap labor and the Dream act would interfere with that vision so no matter who's in charge it'll be quashed

Obama cares for Latinos only as long as he need their votes to get re-elected.
Due to term limits after an election a racist president has no need for them anymore.
