Polls have Obama anywhere from 15% - 2.5% ahead. While some polls are proclaiming an Obama landslide, some polls suggest this will be close.

What happens if McCain squeaks out a victory in two weeks?

Will there be riots in the streets?

I'm not saying there will. I'm not saying there won't. All I'm saying, is make sure you lock the door.

Why has a U.S. Army brigade been assigned to the "Homeland"?

The lack of education in the US about what our Government does and has done, has left us with 2 generations who know nothing of US history and worse, nothing of the US Constitution. As we saw in New Orleans after Katrina, will US troops blindly follow orders to take the Consitutional rights from citizens again, but on a much grander scale? Army troops helped police disarm civilians and enter homes without warrant based on probable cause. What will be next?

Yesterday the ACLU requested information on the recent military deployment within US borders.

"The military's deployment within U.S. borders raises critical questions that must be answered," said Jonathan Hafetz, staff attorney with the ACLU National Security Project. "What is the unit's mission? What functions will it perform? And why was it necessary to deploy the unit rather than rely on civilian agencies and personnel and the National Guard? Given the magnitude of the issues at stake, it is imperative that the American people know the truth about this new and unprecedented intrusion of the military in domestic affairs."

I have been watching this since I heard about it last month. A friend of mine in Virginia saw a large caravan of military vehicles heading to DC the other day. I put nothing past Bush.

Why bother rioting, I'm moving to Canada if McCain wins, I should have left the 2nd time Bush stole the election.

Most assuredly... and that is why. come hell or high water.. the powers that be will never let him win.

The African American crowd would start riots like you have never seen.

They think they are entitled to this president.. doesn't really matter if Obama is any good, doesn't matter if he has any knowledge.. all that matters is sticking it to the white man.. and that is just what they expect to happen.

I think it will be funny when that doesn't happen... Obama values his rich white friends and the good life. he will forget them in a New York minute!

It would seem to fit the stereotype as far as past history goes.

I am fairly certain there will be, the tension has been building up for years. It probably wont be wide spread, and easily taken care of by the police.

If the GOP tries to steal another election, I guess there might be some trouble.

I think there will be riots no matter who wins.

If there were riots, it would fit in very nicely with your stereotype, wouldn't it? So you had better hope for riots. You wouldn't want to have your stereotypes threatened.
