Is obama really right for america?

After McCains speech, i now know why we're in the war in the middle east. America fights back, and he plans to keep doing that. What makes people think that if Obama pulls the troops from iraq will be good. It would be horrible, the change that we made over there would all go to ****. And they would be like "oh damn americans theyre pansies". then theyd start **** up again. Obama just isnt right...and its one letter away from osama.

I don't think so. While I did not agree with the war we cannot pull out now.

I usually try not to answer these political questions, but this one I had to add some comments and get the 2 points. I think that at this time Obama will be right for this country more so than McCain. If you really look at the evidence, just because he was a soldier and was wounded doesn't make him qualified to run this country. There are some other questionable characters that I would say disqualify him to be president. You have policemen and firemen who go out and get wounded for fighting for Americans everyday, does this mean they should run for a governing seat. Come on people, let's be real about this thing. The way things are today in our communities, if someone doesn't show enough concern about it then we will all perish.

You can't be serious were at war in Afghanistan for a good reason to get osama binladin but as far as Iraq that was a lie and we are in violation of international law the UN was conducting inspections and the US accused Iraq of having a connection. This was later found out to be a complete fabrication by the Bush regime and now brave americans are loosing their lives and limbs for a lie. Why would you want to keep americans in harms way, I know by your answer you've never served in the military it's people like you that are completely clueless that scare the crap out of me. We need to retain our troops to defend us, we are over extended. Look in the past what has happened to armies that over extended themselves, they are defeated. Turn the power over to the Iraqi people and let them govern themselves, it's not our responsibility to be the world police, and it's quite arrogant to think so. Obama is a good man with your best interest's in mind, the current way of thinking has done no good and If you travel the world they hate us. We CAN NOT continue on this path, it's self destructive we need to worry about ourselves, ensure you have medical care and a good job not lost to over sea's companies, how many homes do you own, I would have to say no more than one right? your well being is the number one concern of the Democrats, a college education for your children, what is wrong with that way of thinking.

By the way you sound prejudice against people of color......loser!

many charismatic orators who can sweep voters off their feet turn out to be lousy managers. east timor is going through that tragic discovery right now. sometime ago, bangladesh found out that its charismatic founder that gave all those thundering speeches that drove the bangladeshis to revolution was clueless when asked to actually run the country and he almost drove it into the ground. there are excdeptions, of course, and abe lincoln and winston churchill come to mind right away. having said that one has to consider that the alternative to obama may be a known bad thing whereas obama is an unknown. once again americans may have to hold their nose and vote against someone instead of for someone, also, it is a truism that there is no perfect candidate, never has been, and never will be.we always have to pick the lesser evil.

You should start getting your information from neutral sources and not presidential candidates. If you are so into not being called a "pansy" why don't you go to Iraq and fight a war which was started on lies and deception? Do you know the last time Iraq attacked US in our soil? Never....oh and how old are you? If you honestly think Obama and Osama rhyming is funny, you're either 12 or very ignorant.

Once Obama has pulled us out of Iraq, NATO, the UN and kissed up to Iran, Russia, Cuba, Venezuela, etal perhaps the American people will not reelect him in 2012, but then again those same American people elected Baby Bush in 2004 after he was placed in office by Poppa Bush's Supreme Court Judges in 2000 over the election winner Al Gore. Go figure!

You're Osama comment is ignorant.

Second of all. Iraquis have their own mind to think with.

We've been there long enough spending BILLIONS of dollars on this war ! McCain voted FOR the War, and Obama voted agaisnt it.

I care about AMERICANS LIVES, not iraquis !

Obama is so wrong for this country. People are having buyer's remorse. McCain is going to win hands down. Obama can go back to community organizing or being a rock star.

Osama? How could you even compare a mass murderer to a presidential candidate full of dreams of reform? Ignorance. Obama does plan to step in the office and pull every troop out of the middle east immediately, a slow removal of our men and women out of a country that the real osama and the "terrorists" aren't even in would be instated. He also assured that the removal of troops would be gradual enough to support the newly born Iraqi government.

While I agree with your sentiment, may I caution you against such sentiments as the last one.

All anyone's gonna give you is opinion because facts aren't available on other candidate on this.

I just think Obama has the heart to be diplomatic and the balls to kick butt if it's required.

Personally, I think it's pretty ignorant of our government to think that we can stay in Iraq as long as we like. And, from the sound of it, they're already getting tired of their "guests."

i am more concerned with the changes i want here, ala the economy.... thats what i am more worried about.. if you want to protect the iraqis, i suggest you quit your job here so someone else takes your spot then enlist yourself in the army and go to iraq, a place where those guys dont even like you!.. right now tho i want a better economy... who ever can grant that im going with them
