Do you think that every member of the CIA that lied about Pelosi's knowledge of interrogation techniques?

No, but I believe that every member of Congress who lied about their CIA briefings should be removed from office. Exploitation of patriotic intelligence personnel for personal political gain is despicable.
Water-boarding for a dang good reason is one thing; tarring, feathering and being run out of town on a rail probably produces too much green house gases, though less than a Speaker of the House's "private" jet... Don't wanna upset the EPA.

I am no fan of Pelosi and I think on many occasions she has been dishonest... but so has the CIA.
Neither side is credible in this mess... sure, we could declassify CIA documents to get to the bottom of this but in the end who cares? Supporters for Pelosi will only believe what they want to believe and Pelosi haters will only do the opposite. Personally, I am tired of this story of who knew what. Torture started in the administration, that should be the focus and we need to understand why they did it and why they felt it was necessary THEN we can focus in Congress's role in this.
This focus on Pelosi just seems a diversion from the crux of the problem. There is time to rake Pelosi over the coals later.

In reading your question, the bottom line put it all into perspective. I am sure that Mrs. Windbag Pelosi, will call everyone in the CIA who talked with her liars, but I am sure that others were involved when she was briefed. Why haven’t they come forward to defend her in her time of need. LOL.

I knew you had to be joking! Panetta is about the MOST liberal politician in D.C. right now behind Obamatard and "bite my tongue" Biden. For him to say that the CIA does not lie and call Pelosi out like that is pretty strong. Everyone has to think that all the libtards were united and in unison during the presidential elections. For one power mad, corrupt, politician to stray so far off the path that an equally liberal head of the CIA throws her under the bus, it is a very serious situation. Her speakership is in jeopardy.

The truly amazing thing is that, given the level of leaks that the CIA clearly has, no one came forth to say that the members of Congress who were briefed on this issue were either lied to or were concerned that the program wouldn't work.

lying is what the CIA dose best it's one of their strategy of gathering information around the world and making other look like they are at fault. So it is not so much the outrage that the republicans has clam it to be . Pelosi were right in calling the Bush CIA out as out right liars it have nothing to do with the now Obama CIA.Everyone should remember the bad Intelligent that came from the Bush CIA on WMD'S in Iraq we now know they only lied to start a war with Saddam.

Pelosi poses more of a threat to this country's security than any interrogation techniques past or present. She is a disgrace. I respect Panetta for standing by and upholding his organization.

I guess Pelosi was the only one who didn't know, chuckle chuckle.. maybe she is that clueless. Hopefully Obama is staying healthy because if we get down to Biden or Pelosi its all over..

Lying to Congress is a crime and anyone found guilty should be punished accordingly. IF Pelosi has evidence she ought to put up or shut up.

We don't know for sure if the CIA lied about Pelosi but we do know for sure they lied to the Bush Admin. when they said Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.

I wish the CIA was like they were in the 50's. She would have had a heart attack by now. They were great at giving heart attacks to people they hated. Castro is one of the few to escape.

The issue here is that everybody knows that waterboarding is torture. And that was an approved policy. It is torture! Everyone knows that. And that was the policy of the Bush administration. Why don't we talk about that?
You know, Newt Gingrich knows a lot about saying stupid things and being forced out of the job as Speaker. … But one way or the other — I mean, I wasn’t in the room, you weren’t in the room, Newt Gingrich wasn’t in the room. None of us know exactly what happened there. But whatever it is Nancy Pelosi knew about, George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, John Yoo, Jay Bybee, they knew more. And ultimately, when we have a thorough investigation of what happened, the bulk of the blame has to lie with the architects of the policy, not with a member of the opposition party.
