Barack Obama to be assasinated :S?

I was having a conversation with my friend and he mentioned that Barack Obama is in danger of being assassinated by the CIA and face the same death as Kennedy did in the 60's, I asked why and he said because he is black and American government officials won't stand for a black president!

Is this true or has my friend missed something?

I know this is a sensitive subject and one that people will not like to talk about, especially democrats. I personally think that if a man has to fear for his life because of the colour of his skin is fucked up!

If he does win, they his administration will make changes not only to the actually government team who run the country but also to the judges and senior staff of state run organisations such as the CIA. That Kennedy was killed by the CIA is conjecture and though the US don't like to talk about it, the reality is that he didn't die because other powers wanted a war with Vietnam. Secondly, security for the man on top is so big now in view of what has happened in the past and more so with the terrorist threat that I dare say John Q will not be allowed so much as in spitting distance of him. It's always possible, the world is full to bursting with sadistic people who could hate him for his colour. The fact that he is going to win however would suggest that most people (who actually turn out to vote) don't care that much and prefer him to a slightly more intelligent version of George W Bush (the W standing for w*nker)!

Remember Bhutto? She knew she was at a high risk of being assassinated, but she still did what she thought was right. She ended up getting killed, but she still made a big difference. I'm sure Obama knows the risks he's taking, and is willing to chance them.



Besides, if were to be assassinated, he would go down in history as a god. Lincoln did lots of terrible things during his presidency, but he's uncritisizable now, thanks to Booth.



And Courage, the riots that would ensue if he DIDN'T WIN THE ELECTION would be out of this world. It's unbelievable what he's already done for that country, he's given them hope. What people are worried about now isn't that he won't be elected, but that the election will be stolen, like the last two were.

I believe that is the result of an overactive imagination. If there is an assassination attempt I would expect it would be from some nutcase bigot acting alone. The CIA is so anti-administration that it routinely leaks embarrassing information to the press in order to put the Republicans in bad positions. Why would they try to help the Republicans all of a sudden?
