Is it a little funny that everyone was hypnotized by Obama, voted for him, but now complain about his method?

We tried for McCain, a lot of us, but a lot of people fell for his tricks, just like Nazi Germany. Now we are doomed and it seems like a lot of people have traded back and say they hate Obama, and yet voted for him. Classic America. Tricked by the Tv. Well, here is your prize, how are you liking the change?

That is because not a damn one of them listened to him...between him thinking that Canada has a president..to traveling in all 57 states..to not knowing who invented the automobile...his books are full of lies...And yet they never even blinked an eye to any one his idiocies..

Sorry, but I don't think you know what you are talking about. I voted for Obama, and am very happy about what he has and is doing. I don't know anyone who voted for him that regrets it. The people who complain about him now didn't vote for him and they are the ones who get their talking points from their TV and radio pundits on a daily basis. It seems to be a fantasy of the far right that there are just so many people who regret their vote for Obama. That is complete crap. We're not "doomed" and nothing about Obama or those who voted for him resemble Nazi Germany. Please, stop being a Drama Queen.

Even the worst of America's presidents could not be compared to the Nazi's, and I think that it is a ill thought out, silly comparison. And I certainly haven't started to complain about his method.

The facts are that his approval rating is higher than the percentage voting for him in the election. And it has been that way for some time, over lots of different polls.

72% Like Michelle Obama.

So, your facts are false, as are the conclusions you draw from them.

You seemed to be tricked into thinking we regret voting for Obama. We don't

Obama's approval rating is at 69%. So go back to your delusional pathetic dreams of how you would like the world to be you lil twit while those of us with more courage and character deal with reality.

I didn't vote period .... not because I don't follow politics but because I do intently ....

the same people that are now accusing people who voted for Obama of being brainwashed are the same pricks that blindly followed behind G.W. and the other masters of war for the last eight years ... both sides are right about that ... you are all brainwashed into voting for politicians that don't give two licks about you or your families.

it's like you are either Yankees fans or Red Sox fans ... there is no arguing with you, you picked your teams (Democrats or Republicans) and now nothing on earth, short of maybe catching your respective party leaders stealing your wallets, is going to make you even consider that you might have it all wrong ....

Americans need to snap out of their political immaturity and begin to educate themselves on what the real problems are, namely that a couple of rich white business owners and bankers control us to such an extent they can move jobs overseas, drive down wages, institute layoffs, and royally bend us all over the table .... and the sick thing is that the wealth that they use to purchase this power was created by us, the masses of workers that make cars we can't afford to drive, work in restaurants we can't afford to eat at .... workers make the wealth only to have it stolen and horded or gambled away in the stock market ....

I'm pretty sick of all these politicians, sick of the two parties, which by the way would be the same party in just about every other country in the world ... and really sick of partisans and party boosters like many of the people who answered here.

the only way we can fix this country is if we dump the major parties, BOTH of them, and start to build democracy within our workplaces.

ALL POWER TO THE WORKERS! DOWN WITH POLITICIANS AND BANKERS!

I voted for him...and I am not disappointed. It will take a lot changes to fix this economy. A lot of people do not realize how bad everything really is...Obama said we may not like what has to be done. This country has gone unattended for 8 years....

Half these Obama supporters would vote for Chavez if he was the candidate. The other 1/2 have no idea who Chavez is
2009-04-03 21:47:38 UTC
Everyone is not complaining about his method, mostly only those like you who voted against him in the first place...I'm loving the change, if he had continued business as usual the world would continue to go to hell and all would soon be lost...So as Jesus did, Obama has to shake up the world and change its course to gain more time...

it's strange that u compare obama's election to germany, when this is so much more than that. but u have a point that america does complain about his technique only becuz they want a miracle when obama and no one can supply that. he has good ideas and ways to get them done. And this isn't typical america. have u seen a black president before??

You are mistaken, I think that President Obama is doing a good job trying to put back together what GW ruined.

Its funny that you make such a bogus claim. Its the fringe Right who continually whine about Obama...they certainly didn't vote for him.

YOU WISH! I'm not complaining. GOBAMA!!

Not "everyone" voted for him. He ran against one of the weakest opponents in history on the heels of a lousy unpopular president and still just managed a majority. He's done after one.
2009-04-03 21:44:40 UTC
I wasn't hypnotized & I didn't vote for him....because unlike many of his supporters I know what he is all about.

He threw his special brand of BS all over the poor misguided voters who bought it hook, line and sinker & he came up with a catchphrase from a cartoon "Yes We Can". and used Hope and Change as his buzzwords. Clever and Constant application indeed.

your absolutely right we are whining!! he is tearing up the country!

P.S. fascism has nothing to do with conservatism..fascism is on the same level as communism and totalitarian forms of government

conservatives want a limited government..which means it is almost the opposite of fasism

I agree with your premise that many were duped. However, I can not use the word "funny" in that context. Sad or sick would be better words to describe what occurred.
2009-04-03 21:42:24 UTC
haha. what bugs me the most is that ppl voted for him because he was the "cool guy".
