Pretty much about like a conservative liberal. Republicans don't care about mother's health or if they're raped, it's a NO on abortion. Also, conservatives are completely against gun control and gay rights. Just saying you would support gay rights, gun control, and support abortion in some cases will kicked u laughed out of the Republican Party.

Now if you came over to the democratic side, I think you would have a better chance. About the only problem you would have is trying to prove torturing a person with water boarding is a good thing, and giving businesses tax cuts will help the economy. Oh and that a public option isn't good. One thing that would get you the in however, is supporting a flat tax across the board.

In my opinion, I'm not sure you would really have a good shot in either party. You're too conservative for Demo and too liberal for Repub. But that's just my opinion.

Nope, you won't get my vote. Here's why:

Anti abortion = anti women

Iraq war was falsely based - there is no job to do except leave as gracefully as you can

Afghanistan war - cannot be won

Water boarding = torture

Universal heath care should be everyone's right - it's the logical (and only really achievable) way to fix heath care

Israel already receives unbalanced support - why not support PEACE in the Middle East?

You believe global warming to be BS but support alternative fuels like the non existant "Clean Coal" and nuclear. Why would you do this if global warming is BS??

The role of unions is an ongoing and evolving one, what should the agreement between business and unions encompass? And why should they appease each other in the first place?

Absolutely not. There are a lot of those I disagree with, but a few that show a complete lack of suitability:

-"Support Clean Coal" ... there's no such thing. Coal is a very dirty energy source, spin aside. Using that term is just an attempt at spin.

-"Support...Oil drilling" ... We're going to run out of oil someday, even regardless of its other ill effects. It should be clear now that the remaining oil reserves are going to become less and less safe to exploit. Time to start getting ourselves away from it, and using the remaining oil to develop renewables. That's just the state of things.

-"Support use of water boarding terrorist suspects" ... My America does not torture people, regardless of what they are accused of. Accusing someone of something really, really bad does not give you the right to treat them inhumanely, and they are still innocent until duly convicted by a court of law. Even then, cruel and unusual punishment is prohibited. If you would not conduct yourself in that manner, you would be incapable of fulfilling an oath to support and defend the Constitution.

-"Against abortion except for rape, incest, mother's health" ... Women are not incubators to be forced to carry an unwanted pregnancy. They are an existing, full human whose rights outweigh the right of a mass of cells that could be one someday.

-"Believes global warming is BS" ... There's the big one. Based upon what evidence? It stands to reason that it would. Burning hydrocarbons produces a great deal of CO2. That's high school chemistry. Increased atmospheric CO2 causes a warmer temperature on the planet. That's high school astronomy. Reducing forested areas reduces the amount of CO2 taken out of the atmosphere. That's high school biology. We burn a lot of hydrocarbons and cause a lot of deforestation. That's...a very simple look around you. The modelling having been done and observed effects so far support that. If you're going to call established scientific theories "BS" because you don't like what they imply we'd have to do, then no, I don't want you anywhere near the leadership of a town council, let alone the country.

On a lot of the other stuff I actually agree with you, and on some I disagree, but these positions are critical because they show intellectual dishonesty. It is crucial for our leaders to be intellectually honest, even when they and their constituents may not like what the results are.

No, in my opinion you are wrong on some social issues like torture, abortion, and health care. You are also too anti-science with regard to climate change. So overall, no. Does not have my vote. The other points are OK, but not enough to win me over with the negative points weighing against you. But you're really a lot better than the teabaggers and ultra-conservatives that have hijacked the GOP.

One other thing, I want to know how you would plan to control the deficit after cutting taxes for corporations and individuals? That's just an area that you didn't address in your list.

You were ok, except the gay marriage and gun control.

I have a major in Poli Sci. I am also a CPA, have an MBA, and I have a Masters in Economics and Finance and I am a MCPD.

You seem bright, stay out of politics and start a business.

Also, as an expert in taxation, I would abolish taxes all together, institute a flat tax on consumption only (not investment) and require a balance budget.

Nope, you will not get my vote. the wonderful option with the aid of fact of this: Anti abortion = anti women persons Iraq conflict grew to grow to be into falsely based - there isn't any pastime to do distinctive than bypass away as gracefully as you are able to desire to Afghanistan conflict - is surely not waiting to be gained Water boarding = torture nicely-known heath care would desire to be all and sundry's marvelous - this is the logical (and somewhat extremely possible) thank you to repair heath care Israel already gets unbalanced help - why not help PEACE indoors the middle East? you think of worldwide warming to be BS yet help decision fuels like the non existant "clean Coal" and nuclear. Why would desire to you're trying this if worldwide warming is BS?? The function of unions is an ongoing and evolving one, what would desire to the settlement between organization and unions encompass? And why would desire to they appease one yet yet another indoors the 1st place?
