U.S. Supreme Court Update Regarding The December 01, 2008 Deadline

We understand everyone is eager to learn what occurred on December 1, 2008, at the U.S. Supreme Court. There is a rumor claiming Mr. Obama was Court Ordered by Justice Souter to turn over his birth certificate by December 1, 2008. This is NOT true.

When a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari is filed the Defendants automatically are given thirty (30) days to respond. They are not required to respond. The end of thirty (30) Days in the Berg v. Obama case was December 1, 2008. Keep in mind, the Defendants could have mailed in a response to the Petition for Writ of Certiorari and the Court allows approximately a week for mail. If this is the case, the envelopes must be postmarked December 1, 2008.

In the afternoon, December 1, 2008, Lisa, Mr. Berg's Assistant contacted the U.S. Supreme Court and spoke with the Clerk. The Clerk informed Lisa Mr. Berg's Petition for Writ of Certiorari would be distributed to all nine (9) Justices and a conference should be set within ten (10) days. As I'm sure you are aware, during the conference the Justices will discuss Mr. Berg's Petition for the Writ of Certiorari and decide whether or not to grant or deny the Petition. It only takes four (4) out of nine (9) Justices to agree to grant Mr. Berg's Petition for Writ of Certiorari. The Justices can also make other Orders during the Conference.

Mr. Berg's Office also learned the Solicitor General is only representing the Federal Election Commission

Additional documents will be filed within the next couple of days. All Legal briefs will be posted on our website, so please continue checking back for updates.

Let's pray the supreme court will do the right thing and investigate this. We need to know the truth, one way or the other.

Edit: A little more for you:

December 1, writes attorney Thomas J. Latino, was "the deadline for the Obama legal team to file their response to the Berg Petition for a Writ of Certiorari. There was nothing. Mr. Obama has done what hasn't been done before...he] has blatantly ignored a request from the Supreme Court of the United States - our highest and most revered legal institution. Mr. Obama, quite frankly, has thumbed his nose at the highest court in our land."

Berg is a known Hillary supporter who caught feelings because she lost and may never strive for the presidency again.

He is doing nothing but attempting to waste taxpayer money on something that should not be an issue since Obama has already presented his original birth certificate to the Supreme Court.

This Berg character only wants to violate Obama's Constitutional right to privacy by seeing his birth certificate himself.

I signed 4 petitions, this weekend at my local mall. There are a lot of people, who want to know the truth. Even if they ignore Berg, they can't ignore, a Nation. I just hope, they do the right thing, and they don't sweep it under the rug, like everything else.

Why don't you go back to exposing the government cover up of the alien space ships that landed in Roswell NM? That has more legitimacy than the Berg case. I believe Berg also has a lawsuit directing the government to release the information on the government conspiracy to commit terrorism on 911.

Foxnews.com

**Finding that a Pennsylvania lawyer had committed a "laundry list of unethical actions," a federal judge has imposed more than $10,000 in sanctions and ordered the lawyer to complete six hours of ethics training.

U.S. District Judge J. Curtis Joyner's 10-page opinion in Holsworth v. Berg is packed with criticism of the conduct of attorney Philip Berg of Lafayette Hill, Pa.

"Other attorneys should look to Mr. Berg's actions as a blueprint for what not to do when attempting to effectively and honorably perform the duties of the legal profession," Joyner wrote.

"This court has grown weary of Mr. Berg's continuous and brazen disrespect toward this court and his own clients. Mr. Berg's actions ... are an enormous waste of judicial time and resources that this court cannot, in good conscience, allow to go unpunished," Joyner wrote.

In the suit, Berg is accused of legal malpractice by former clients who claim his failure to respond to an ERISA claim against them led to a default judgment.

But the sanctions against Berg stem from his decision to file a third-party counterclaim of fraud against a pension fund that had sued his former clients, according to court papers.

Joyner blasted Berg for filing the fraud claim, calling it an "irresponsible decision" because the claim was "utterly barren of any scintilla of legal principles."**

maybe you need to spend a little time as to Berg's reputation and record.

11 civil cases filed does not mean there is any legal grounds to anything. NONE of them prove that-

Obama has not been validly and legally investigated. by an authorized and valid government agency.

NONE prove that there is any question of him being eligible.

but most important...

none show that ANY private citizen has the legal right to sue another citizen to prove that they are anything.

Not one piece of information in the above story is new; all of it was already known. In particular, Obama and the DNC had already told the SCOTUS on November 18 that they had no intention of filing a response. Berg had to have known this already, but the story makes it seem as if he had to put in a call to the Court to find out whether any response was filed.

The case would have gone to conference regardless--every submission does.

The opportunity to go to conference in no way suggests that the Justices see any merit in the case.

Yawn

* Obama's mother was born in Kansas to 2 American-born parents.

* according to " 8 United States Code 1401, Section 301 [d]

* "a parent CANNOT renounce their child's citizenship”

* children born to a natural-born American citizen in the U.S. or its possessions/territories are natural-born citizens( 'jus soli' ) or are natural-born citizens if born abroad( 'jus sanguinis' )

* there is NO prohibition that prevents an American citizen from having dual citizenship/dual passports; if an American dual citizen/passport holder re-enters the U.S. from abroad, they must use their U.S. passport to do so

* contrary to popular belief (and on-line myth/fables) overseas American military bases, including The Panama Canal Zone, are NOT considered 'sovereign American soil.'

John McCain was born in Panama to natural-born American parents, which accords him natural-born American citizenship under ' jus sanguinis '

Mitt Romney is the natural-born son of George Romney, who also ran for U.S. President as a Republican. George Romney was born in Mexico to natural-born American parents. Therefore, Mitt Romney is a natural-born American citizen under ' jus sanguinis ' (= same as McCain)

either way you cut it, whether Obama was born in Hawaii (99.9999% sure), or in Kenya (00.0001% chance) or on the moon (same odds as Kenya), he is an American citizen by virtue of being born to a natural-born American mother.

The endless repetition of a fable, legend, myth, lore or outright lie does NOT make it true. The bald-faced grasping at straws by wingnut bonkers wacko loser neener-neener loony-toon bananas like Donofrio, Keyes and (especially) Berg does NOT legitimize a baseless, spurious and desperate series of lawsuits, which so far have been thrown out in Ohio, Seattle and Philadelphia, as well as by Justice Souter. DC will be next. At some point, the truth will sink in. And the garbage will float away.

Barack Obama is being briefed daily on U.S Government Intelligence and Security matters. In order for that NOT to be legitimate, treason and fraud would have had to be committed in the past months and every day since, by the following:

FBI, CIA, DIA, NRO, NSA, Pentagon, Secret Service, Homeland Security, Justice Department, Defense Department, Customs and Immigration Service, George Bush, Dick Cheney, Robert Gates, Michael Mukasey

and, all without a single leak!

That strains credulity. Anyone with a pulse and 2 brain cells to rub together should be able to discern the impossibility of such a scenario. Of course, that also implies that this load of male bovine manure won't go away any time soon. But there are other ephemera to rant about and "uncover," such as Sasquatch, yetis, the flat earth and those good ole anti-CIA-thought-control tinfoil beanies. May I add: "Good luck."

One way or the other, Obama should have to prove he is a citizen and put this question to rest. The fact he resist proves he has something to hide.
