Well I know that Hawaii, especially Honolulu is upset that Obama is claiming he was born there, because he wasn't. He has disrupted their lives, just like he did in Alaska. The Alaskans are also suing Obama, for hindering an investigation, and costing tax payers money. I hope the truth comes out, what ever it is, and we never have to speak about this subject again. He needs to prove that he was born in America, once and for all, or he will never be President. This is for all of the people saying Biden would be President, you are wrong. It would be an illegal election, and he would be disqualified also. We would either have another election, or John McCain would win by default.

In the unlikely event that Obama was declared ineligible to be President by the Supreme Court, the Electoral College would have to decide who would be elected. It is by no means certain that they would select Biden. It could wind up in the House of Representatives as it has twice before. The interesting thing is that Allan Keyes filed. The federal court in PA ruled that Berg didn't have standing because he wasn't a candidate. Allan Keyes was and would therefore have standing to sue.

I don't know if the pursuit of this non-issue could be any more moronic. Berg's case WAS dismissed. Wonder why that is?
